Your Second Visit to Our Hounslow Practice
After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll provide you with a diagnosis and discuss a treatment plan. We call this the Report of Findings
We ask that you bring a family member with you for this appointment as there will be quite a bit of information discussed and often having the support of a loved one there is beneficial.
During this 30 minute appointment, Dr. Deen will explain the diagnosis and his recommendations for treatment to give you a full understanding of your condition and how chiropractic works.
He will discuss the most appropriate treatment plan based on your condition. If you so choose, you will start treatment on this day.
